“Adel” is short for Adelaide, the grandmother of our CEO, Andrea Murchio.

The evolution of our logo and phoenix perfectly symbolizes this growth journey: a rebranding that marked a new phase for ADEL DIGITAL, a new beginning made possible when you’re supported by those who know how to listen, analyze, guide and truly believe in your potential.

ADEL was built through a journey shaped in the field, where communication, empathy, and real results have always made the difference. From an early age, Andrea Murchio (founding partner) took his first steps in PR, learning how important it is to understand people and create authentic connections—an approach that is now part of the ADEL method.
While studying Economics, hands-on work in the digital space helped strengthen skills and strategic vision. Since 2019, that path in digital marketing has grown into an entrepreneurial project that officially took shape on February 14, 2024, with the launch of ADEL SRL.
Today, ADEL is a team of professionals combining strategy, creativity, and execution, working alongside companies across Liguria with a strong, locally relevant client portfolio.
The focus is on what’s next: to grow, to scale, and to bring the same standard of quality and determination nationwide—supporting brands and businesses with a solid, human, results-driven approach.
Andrea Murchio, founding partner.
Active in communication from a very young age, he worked as a PR at 15, selling hundreds of tickets for school events. This experience taught him the importance of communication and empathy, qualities he later brought into digital marketing.
While studying Economics, Andrea started working in the digital sector, refining his know-how.
In 2019, he decided to pursue his path in digital marketing and on 14 February 2024 he founded ADEL SRL, bringing with him his vision and passion..
Today, thanks to the work of a team of professionals and the strength of his skills, ADEL boasts a significant client portfolio across the Ligurian territory.
His ambition is to expand the business nationally, growing the company with the same determination that has guided every step of his journey.
